The Mapúa World 2013 Steering Committee is pleased to announce that the Hawaii Association of Mapúa Alumni has negotiated a discounted rate for 100 rooms which are intended for the accommodation of attending alumni delegates and their families or guests. The cut-off date for room reservations is 5:00 pm (Hawaii Standard Time) on March 1, 2013. Reservations must be made individually and prior to this date. When making your reservation, state that you are attending the Mapua World Convention as a delegate and would like to avail of the discounted room rate. The Ala Moana Hotel is the designated venue for the Mapua World 2013 Convention. Delegate Registration, and other activities such as the Meet & Greet Night, the Gala Night, and the Technical Seminar will all be held at this hotel.

Room rates at the Pagoda Hotel are less expensive than those at the Ala Moana Hotel and any other hotel in Waikiki. Ms. Karen Yonemoto, the Sales Manager of Pagoda Hotel, recently gave HAMA a proposal for their room rates which is as follows:
a) $99.00 per night for Single or Double Occupancy
b) $119.00 per night for Single or Quad Occupancy
